Pria berusia 29 tahun ini menjelaskan bahwa Bubah bukan hanya sebagai teman atau makeup artist, namun ia salah satu pencetus komunitas pecinta Afgan dan Rossa yang dinamakan Afross. Menurutnya, apa yang dilakukan Bubah hanya candaan biasa yang dilakukan komunitas mereka.
"Niatnya memang bercanda. Bubah kan emang sering iseng. Terus ya, dan habis itu kan waktu dia ngomong di (IG live), dia bilang, aduh, saya sudah married, bercanda, deng. Cuma yang, 'bercanda, deng'-nya dipotong," terang pemilik nama lengkap Afgansyah Reza ini.
Meski disebut telah menikah dengan Rossa oleh Bubah, pelantun 'Jodoh Pasti Bertemu' itu tak ambil hati candaan temannya tersebut. Ia justru merasa santai, meski banyak netizen menyerbunya dengan pertanyaan di akun media sosial miliknya.
"Enggaklah, Bubah baik banget orangnya, saya enggak bisa complaint. Dan saya tahulah itu, kan dia juga becanda doang, jadi memang dipotong saja. Karena biar nge-lead opini orang," jelas Afgan.
